Getting Started
What documents do I need before starting the program?
It depends on your status:
If you are Active Duty or on orders: We can proceed without records, but if you can obtain them, we recommend doing so.
If you are not on Active Orders you will need to obtain:
• Full-service medical records (military and civilian)
• DD214s
If you are currently Rated please provide:
• Your medical records
• Your current ratings sheet (with condition breakdown and percentages)
-If you have applied for benefits in the past, we recommend including approval or denial letters.
Pricing & Payments
How much does the program cost?
- Up to 10 conditions: $3,000 (includes consultation)
- Fewer than 5 conditions: Discounted rate based on the number of conditions
What if I don’t proceed after the consultation?
You’ll only be charged the $400 consultation fee. No further action will be taken.
Are refunds available if I’m denied?
Our services are non-refundable. We cannot guarantee outcomes, but we maintain a high success rate.
Claims & Documentation
Do you submit the claim for me?
The veteran is responsible for submitting the claim. We recommend working with a local Veterans Service Officer (VSO). You’ll need to submit:
- Service medical/treatment records
- Civilian records
- Our documentation write-ups
*Avoid submitting normal (non-relevant) results.*
How long does the process take?
It varies. After your consultation, we’ll assess what additional documentation is needed. Your speed in gathering this info affects the timeline and outcome.
After the Program
My claim was denied. What should I do?
Send us your denial letter, and we’ll review it to determine next steps.
Can you help if I want a higher rating or review my results?
Yes. We’ll need to schedule another consultation appointment to review your case and discuss a potential increase.
Can I see Dr. Parman as a patient?
If you’re not already a patient at Northside Family Practice, Dr. Parman’s panel is full. You may be able to see one of his PAs, depending on availability.
